Charlie is three weeks old!

Charlie is starting to smile more and more, but we are still not certain that it is at us or even because he is happy. But it sure is cute! Aunt Amy surprised us all by dressing Charlie up in a TCU onsie to tell us that she is going to be a hornfrog next year. Yea Amy! (You can see Charlie's excitement in the picture). Charlie went on his first walk this week and cried most of the time...Graham hopes he will soon learn to appreciate the great outdoors a bit more.

Charlie is 2 weeks old!

Here is Charlie's 2 week pic with Pooh, along with a pic with Aunt Molly. He was 7 lb 4 ou last Friday, and he learned to take a bottle last week (both grandmas and Aunt Molly both got to feed him!). Charlie got to spend a lot of time with his Aunt Molly, who came in town just to see him, and he got to spend some time with his cousin Cici at Gigi and Grandad's (though I'm not sure either of them were aware that they were spending time together!).

Charlie is one week old!

Charlie left the hospital this week in his cute rocking horse outfit Aunt Missy bought him. He went to the Dr. and had "outstanding" weight gain. He had a visit from his Aunt Missy and Uncle B, and he met Teco for the first time. He also had his first outing to Mimi and Popi's house. He is a sweet little guy, and we love spending every moment we can with him!

Our First Post

Aly and I are excited to announce the birth of our first son, Charles Curtis Averitt (Charlie), and as a result we have decided that the best way to keep family and friends informed of what is going on is to start a blog. The Lord has been unbelievably gracious to us, and we love being able to share these wonderful times with you all.
