Campout!!!

This may have been Charlie's favorite thing he has ever done....he refers to it daily still (it was weeks ago). He LOVED camping out in the backyard with daddy. The best part, he repeats over and over, was that daddy slept next to him all night long. So sweet!!!

NOT too many cute pumpkin pics....

Why is it that when you add in another child, pumpkin pictures are so difficult? I mean, seriously, either somebody turned and faced the wrong way...


Or nobody wanted to look at the camera...



Or when one was smiling the other wasn't.....

Then I thought, forget smiling, maybe we should just try a hugging picture. That resulted in a big fall....


This was the best I got...


Oh well....we had a great time trying!!!! Though I didn't get the perfectly posed pic, these pictures will remind me of the reality of this stage we are in....busy bodies, curious eyes, awkward stances.....it has a cuteness all it's own!

Beevo!

We got to see Beevo on Friday night....and the kids loved it! The thing they loved most, however, was the music...an awesome trio called "Three Fools on Stools". Charlie sat mesmerized by the performance, literally turning down football with older boys because "I might miss a song." We may have a groupie on our hands....



Our friends the Dunlaps joined in the fun too.....Press and Annie could be twins, huh?

But I can't resist....I mean really....wasn't Halloween created so that moms could spend hours posing their children in front of mounds of gourds? Isn't that the point? If you don't agree, I give you exhibits A, B, C, D, E and F...the cuteness is almost too much to handle.







Mimi came too, which was so fun!!! Annie thinks she hung the moon!
